How do I submit my logo/artwork/file?

You can use our easy art file upload or simply email it to info@stickystickers.co.nz

What format does the art file need to be?

We accept any art file, preferred files are AI (adobe illustrator) CDR (coral draw) PDF (portable document format) EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

What sort of material do I need to use for my stickers?

We offer 4 types of vinyl adhesive; clear and 3 different grades of white, all materials are 100%water proof and are made for the outdoors as well as indoor. The life span shown on the drop down tabs are based on outdoor usage – if your stickers are used indoors they will last much longer than stated.

Why is it so much cheaper when I order bulk stickers?

With most types of printing, the majority of the cost is setting up. We use the latest automatic machinery for the printing and cutting so once set up, very little labour is required from there on.

Can I set up a business account?

Yes you can, please get in contact with us and we will send through a credit application form.

What are the delivery times?

Our standard turn around time for each job is 5-7 working days. If you require your stickers urgently please let us know. We can’t guarantee we will be able to help, but we will give it our best shot!

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of my stickers?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of your stickers, just get in touch and we will sort it out together.

What if my artwork isn’t high quality?

We have plenty of tricks up our sleeve, so send it through anyway and we will get in touch and run a couple of options past you.

How do I pay for my custom stickers?

After you have specified the size, type and number of stickers you require, you will be asked to download an art file and then be taken to a secure payment gateway.

Do you have a minimum/maximum order?

We will print you one sticker or 10 000. The more you get, the cheaper they will be. (Ordering 1sticker will be expensive due to set up costs)

Can I reprint a previous order?

Absolutely. A lot of our customers order the same stickers on a regular basis.We hold all past art files, so there is no need to upload your artwork again.

How are the custom stickers shipped?

We use NZ couriers or Mainfreight depending on the size and weight of your order.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can – provided we have not started the printing yet.

Do you provide graphic design services?

YES – we provide basic graphic design services. If you need information added to your image, or things moved, etc – just let us know and we will be more than happy to take care of that for you. Extra charges may apply depending on the size/number of the changes needed.

Do you match colours to our branding guidelines?

Yes, if you have a cmyk breakdown or pms colour let us know. If you don’t supply us with specific colours, we will try our best to match to what is supplied at your risk.
